EverWind to Announce Historic Private Investment in Point Tupper and Nova Scotia Energy Portfolio

Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, Oct. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EverWind will make a milestone announcement at its Point Tupper Industrial Site on Friday, October 16, 2026. This landmark investment will deliver major economic and community benefits to the Strait region and significantly advance our energy portfolio across Nova Scotia.

EverWind CEO Trent Vichie will be joined by Premier Tim Houston, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister Kody Blois, Member of Parliament for Sydney-Glace Bay Mike Kelloway, Richmond County Warden Lois Landry and Membertou Chief Terry Paul.
